One of the things I love most about my work is connecting people and opportunities across the globe. Our collaboration with Promotora del Comercio Exterior de Costa Rica (PROCOMER) was no exception. Seeing the photos roll in from the four Metro Atlanta-based companies selected to attend the Costa Rica Trade & Investment Summit last week, I am thrilled by the opportunities this mission created for their businesses.
Congratulations to Akissi Stokes-Nelson of WunderGrubs, Tanesha Boldin, MBA, MPH of DocHire: Borderless Healthcare Staffing, Natasha Simmons of Yacht Club Access, and Ricardo Berrís of Purpusly for representing Metro Atlanta with such vision and energy. A big thank you to José Pablo Segura and Álvaro Piedra for creating this opportunity and for their commitment to strengthening ties between our region and Costa Rica.

🔹 DocHire: Borderless Healthcare Staffing connected with talent and technology partners in software and healthcare, engaging in FDI talks and service park tours.
🔹 Yacht Club Access evaluated Costa Rica’s retail landscape, meeting with legal, insurance, real estate, and design partners.
🔹 Purpusly explored regional expansion opportunities, engaging with banks, M&A advisors, and innovation parks.
Together, their visit highlighted Costa Rica’s dynamic ecosystem as a hub for investment, creativity, and collaboration. It was a pleasure to work with Procomer in making this economic mission a success.
